';Fast-Acting'; hair growth formulas...?

...do they really work? I have really horrid hair and I am looking into this product I saw in an advertisement in Seventeen magazine, and I want to be sure that it works before I waste my money. Do they really work, really? Please, let me know. I have to know! Thanks';Fast-Acting'; hair growth formulas...?
Don't buy into any of those ';fads'; you see advertised in magazines/ on tv/ etc... Just eat a high protein diet (lean red meats, fish, chicken), lots of fresh fruits and veggies, keep yourself hydrated (try to drink about 2 liters of water a day, at least!) and take a daily multi-vitamin. Prenatal vitamins and those hair %26amp; nail vitamins work too, but just taking a simply daily vitamin will do the trick. Regular exercise will help too (cuz it improves your circulation which helps with skin and hair health, too!)

Also make sure you get regular trims (like every 2-3 months) just to get the ends off, 1/4 to 1/2 inch can make a big difference, and your hair will be grown out in no time!';Fast-Acting'; hair growth formulas...?
There is only one ingrediant that's proven to work for women (can't remember the name) and it's found it rogaine. And the only thing it does is stimulate follicles that no longer produce hair. So it won't make your hair grow faster if you already have a full head of hair.

Nothing makes your hair grow faster... period. Biotin, vitamins, and special fortified shampoos may help your hair grow out healthier and help it from breaking off which may give you the idea of it growing but it won't grow faster.

Sorry!
What brand is it?

But besides that, i would say you should get alot of protein in your system and use the hair growth formulas, i want to but i just got the hair, skin, and nails vitamins and they seem to be good. I will probably buy the product you are talking about though cause i'm completly opsessed with my hair. But i would say buy them, nothing will hurt and just make sure you take really good care of your hair.
