Any luck with hair growth formulas?

I'm 33 and I get the sense my hair and I may soon begin parting ways. Has anyone had luck with any of the different treatments, whether it's Rogaine, Propecia etc?Any luck with hair growth formulas?
Not much. People that have experienced results lose what they gain when they stop using it. Better off taking a good quality B-Complex tablet daily. As soon as B-Complex hits the bloodstream, it goes straight to the scalp to help promote hair growth. It is very gradual happening - could take as long as 6 months to tell a noticeable difference - but it does work.Any luck with hair growth formulas?
